Description
In 2014, the introduction of the Ligier JS P2 marked a turning point in the history of the constructor and symbolized the return of the Ligier name to endurance racing and to the Le Mans 24 Hours.
The Ligier JS P2 is homologated with three different engine configurations with a Nissan VK45 V8, a Judd HK V8 and a Honda HPD V6 twin-turbo all being homologated for use in a JS P2.
The Ligier JS P2 was produced from February 2014 to February 2016 but currently is eligible in Masters Endurance Legends USA including Laguna Seca Classic, Austin Classic, Daytona Classic, Sebring Classic along with Masters Endurance Legends races across Europe.
This chassis, chassis #14, was purchased by IDEC sport Racing with a Judd HK engine for the European Le Mans Series in 2016, where it achieved several top 10 finishes in a solid season before being sold to Panis Barthez Competition where it achieved two podiums in the 2018-2019 Asian Le Mans Series.
Ligier is offering for sale the Ligier JS P2 chassis #14 with the Judd engine at €380,000 exc. taxes and shipment.
Engine has 5,000km left before next rebuild with the gearbox having 7,000km left to run before rebuild.
